Return Policy & ShippinG
Ignitus will accept any return within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unopened and undamaged.
Any merchandise that does not fit the criteria will be ineligible for credit/refund.
Ignitus reserves the right to offer purchase credit in place of return of items in the case of defective or damaged product. If reason for return is not due to defects/damages, buyer will be responsible for shipping fees in the case of a return.
Damages
Any damages received during transit or delivery of your order must be notated on the Bill of Lading to be eligible for return or credit. Must have quantity and name of item damaged in order to be reimbursed. Photos or videos of damages upon receipt are highly recommended in order to expedite the process.
Decreased volume penalties
Any returns with quantities over 30% of total case amount ordered will be subject to fees deducting the
initial pallet tier discounted pricing offered.
- For example: 70 cases purchased at ($70/case) pallet pricing with 22 cases returned would have the below calculations.
- 22 cases returned * $70 initial purchase price = $1540 – 48 cases wholesale discounted *difference of wholesale and case pricing ($82/case – $70/case) = $576.
- Total return/credit amount is $1540 – $576 = $964.00.
Ignitus Guarantee
Defective items are eligible for credit upon Ignitus product guarantee up to 1 year after initial wholesaler’s purchase date. Any defective items must either be returned to Ignitus and/or verifiably defective through video that is sent to info@ignituscorp.com. If defects exceed over 50 units of product at any given time, Ignitus must be notified within 30 days or buyer will be ineligible for credit/return. Ignitus reserves the right to offer purchase credit under volume return circumstances.
